IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF CRYPTOCURRENCY YOU SUCCESSFULLY DEPOSITED AND WAGERED ON THE PLATFORM IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.

8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Arbitration

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims into a single case.
